Since I will be travelling this for the next 3 weeks and a lot of you guys are doing the same, I am leaving you with the 21 Day Body Weight Circuit. I will post 7 different workouts for each day of the week, starting July 27th and ending on August 16th. You will than repeat the circuit each week. These circuits will take approx. 15 minutes to finish are supposed to be done with minimal or no rest.
- If you are unsure about a specific exercise, please email me and I will send you a video tutorial.
- These are designed to be very basic exercises so everyone can follow along. If you feel comfortable please use your own progressions on specific exercises.
All the workouts will be posted on the Facebook Page, at 8:00am each day. So if you have not done so already, please “Like” the page!

2. Burpees – 15X
3. Pushups- 15X
4. Squats -15X
5. Squat Jumps – 20X
6. Lunge jumps on both sides -10X
7. X-Abs -20X
8. Plank – 1:00 minute
