If you want to join a group (up to 12 participants) or want to organize a group of friends, Boot Camp is what you are looking for. Individuals will be put through a high-intensity training circuit with an EP Trainer. The circuit class will be held indoors or outdoors and depending on the location out of the rain!
The class is structured for all levels and the trainer is there to help modify exercises depending on your fitness level. Ideal for groups, teams, couples or individuals looking to make friends. All you need is proper attire, water and a great attitude.
